Guitarist/Composer Ant currently lives in London. As well as releasing three full length albums as a leader, he has recorded a great deal for other artists and written a book on perfect fourths guitar tuning (which he employs!). Another brilliant album, with top-notch musicianship and great compositions, varying from up-tempo Coltranesque tracks and more introverted tranquil songs. As a flutist myself, I'm blown away by the magnificent flute work by flutist Roger Wickham. Thanks to all for producing such enchanting, pure sonic beauty. Highly recommended!

Such a beautifully crafted album. Such intense rich weaving of sounds and feelings. It’s one of those albums you are happy to share at the same time want to keep as a personal secret. Amazing stuff by Mr Halsall. I suggest anyone reading this to spend some time in his early stuff too. Song to Charlie is monumental.

Utterly suwheeet performance! Most of these tracks feel and sound more laid back, relaxed (& slower?) than other versions. It's an incredible album! But then it would be wouldn't it? They NEVER disappoint.
